Last week, between November 5th and 8th, our partner Panasonic Industry Europe was present at Blechexpo in Stuttgart. This is a trade fair that takes place every two years and is especially geared towards technologies for processing and joining sheet metal.
In this edition, our partner, in addition to presenting a range of products for the robotics and welding area, such as safety sensors, innovative laser marking systems, among other solutions, had the opportunity to present the new LA1800G3 robot.
This six-axis multifunction robot has a load capacity of up to 26kg, a working range of up to 1.8m and a movement speed of 370°/s. The robot also has an innovative G3 control system, which enables cooperative operations with Panasonic TM / TL-G3 series welding robots. It can be used in various handling, transport, assembly and robotic welding applications.
Peer Schumacher, head of Panasonic’s robotics and welding department, said that they are very pleased to be launching this new product. With more than 60 years on the market, they know their customers’ needs well. Panasonic Industry Europe is constantly developing new products to improve its customers’ production processes. The new LA1800G3 robot will enable higher quality and greater productivity for use in industrial applications.
