They are innovative organizations that position themselves differently in the markets, making a strong contribution to creating jobs and wealth for the region.<\/p>\n<p>The CCDRC (Comiss\u00e3o de Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento Regional do Centro) has identified the gazelle companies for 2019, which are those that cumulatively:<\/p>\n<p>. They showed turnover growth of more than 20% per year in 2016, 2017 and 2018;<\/p>\n<p>. They were set up in 2010 and have their headquarters in the Central Region;<\/p>\n<p>. They employed at least 10 workers in 2018;<\/p>\n<p>. They had a turnover of 500,000 euros or more in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Isabel Damasceno, president of the CCDRC, said: &#8220;These 112 companies represent the economic and entrepreneurial dynamism and sectoral diversity of the Centro region. Even in difficult circumstances, often in vulnerable territories, they are a sample of all the companies and entrepreneurs who dare to bet, take risks and undertake on a daily basis.
